The Season IX Champion
Falan Andrea emerged as the winner of Derana Dream Star Season IX.
The competition continued its tradition of showcasing Sri Lankan musical talent and celebrating the achievements of its finalists.
Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments
The Home Lands apartment award history includes Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments in the Piliyandala–Kahathuduwa area.
The project brought a golf resort residential concept into the collection of developments associated with the competition's awards.
A Continuing Award Tradition
In its 2022 coverage of Dulanga Sampath's apartment award, Businesscafe looked back at earlier Home Lands residential prizes.
The retrospective included Canterbury as the second featured apartment development in the historical sequence.
