FROM OUR EDITORS
2026 / SRI LANKAA legacy worth watching
The stories of Thanura Madugeeth, Falan Andrea, Dulanga Sampath and Anjalee Herath mark four memorable chapters in the history of Derana Dream Star apartment awards. Across seasons, those prizes connected music, remarkable achievements and residential properties around Sri Lanka.
Home Lands continues to develop new residential properties in 2026, including projects showcased at its Property Investment Roadshow earlier this year.

A different 2026 prize campaign
In its 2026 promotional activity, Home Lands introduced a separate Mercedes-Benz C-Class draw connected to qualifying property purchases during 2026. This car promotion is distinct from the earlier Derana Dream Star apartment prizes.
